Jackson Hewitt – 1766 is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the friendly face for our offices, delivering exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times.
