Jackson Hewitt - 1766 is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the friendly face for all visitors and to provide essential support in a welcoming, customer service-oriented environment.

You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. Join our team and contribute to positive client journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to deliver exceptional service.
