Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - 1766 is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the friendly face for all visitors, delivering exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, and follow up with past and potential clients.

The role involves distributing marketing materials, keeping clients engaged during wait times, and contributing to a positive journey with us while supporting the team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and act as the friendly face for our offices.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with past and potential clients.
• Distribute marketing materials and keep clients engaged during wait times.
• Contribute to a positive client experience and support senior staff as needed.
