United Wholesale Mortgage in Pontiac, MI is hiring for a full-time customer service role. You will handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, help customers with questions, and resolve concerns over the phone with trained support.

Paid training is provided, with opportunities to grow and develop your career. Must have a high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service experience, plus strong verbal and written communication skills.

LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break
