Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate to join our Pontiac, MI office. This on-site role provides paid training, growth opportunities and the chance to turn fast-paced experience into a long-term career.

You will handle professional phone service, organize loan documents in our systems, and help the team meet daily quality and production goals. No prior office experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

No office experience is required. We'll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow every step of the way.

• Guaranteed pay increases every 6 months during your first 3 years
• Promotion opportunities available as early as 6 to 9 months based on performance

• Previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel or Word
