United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) is looking for an entry-level Call Center Representative to join our on-site team in Pontiac, MI. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, answer questions, solve problems and provide support to our clients.

No mortgage or office experience required; we provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow. Strong communication and organization help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Comfortable speaking professionally on the phone
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products and working across multiple screens
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in mortgage servicing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
