You will handle calls, enter and organize loan documents, and help keep the loan pipeline moving through the approval process. Paid training and growth opportunities are provided.

LOCATION:On-site in Pontiac, MI

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

This entry-level opportunity is perfect for someone ready to turn their customer service skills into a long-term career. No office experience is required. You'll use the skills you already have to help deliver an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving through the approval process. We’ll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow every step of the way.

CAREER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

• Guaranteed pay increases every 6 months during your first 3 years

• Promotion opportunities available as early as 6 to 9 months based on performance

• Eligibility to explore new roles across the company after 9 months in current position

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Comfortable using technology and learning new software

• Strong communication

• Attention to detail

• Positive, learning-focused attitude

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment such as retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services or warehouse operations

• Previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel or Word
