United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) in Pontiac, MI is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate to help move loans through the origination process. You will provide professional phone service to clients and internal teams, enter and review loan information, and contribute to meeting daily quality and production goals.

No prior office experience is required; paid training, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

This entry-level opportunity is perfect for someone ready to turn their customer service skills into a long-term career. No office experience is required . You'll use the skills you already have to help deliver an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving through the approval process. We'll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow every step of the way.

CAREER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

• Guaranteed pay increases every 6 months during your first 3 years
• Promotion opportunities available as early as 6 to 9 months based on performance
• Eligibility to explore new roles across the company after 9 months in current position

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service e nvironment such as retail, hospitality , food service , delivery services or warehouse operations
• Previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel or Word
