Job summary

Vaco has partnered with a well-established financial services organization to expand its client support team in Phoenix. The Client Service Advisor role offers a hybrid work arrangement and pays $25/hour.

You will assist business clients with a variety of banking questions by phone, create a positive client experience, and help customers navigate online access, transactions, deposits, statements, and account services. Training will build product knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of experience, or high school diploma with 2+ years of experience.
• Background in banking, financial services, customer service, or client support.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a professional phone presence.

Location: Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid

Pay Rate: $25/hour
