Job summary

Vaco partners with a well-established financial services organization seeking a Client Service Advisor to assist business clients by phone, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. The role is located in Phoenix, AZ with hybrid work, paying $25/hour.

You will handle banking questions, guide clients through online access, deposits, and account services, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Training will build product knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1+ year of relevant experience, or HS diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Background in banking, financial services, customer service, or client support.
• Recent graduates with strong customer service and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
