Responsibilities

• Lead the segment's strategy and annual business plan in alignment with company goals.
• Manage budget, forecast, revenue, expenses, margins, and resource planning.
• Strengthen client relationships by delivering a high-quality service experience.
• Oversee onboarding, renewals, and issue resolution for key clients.
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and development planning.
• Collaborate across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to deliver results.
