First Command Financial Services, Inc. seeks a Client Research Lead to advance client insights through advanced mixed-methods research and segmentation. You will work with UX, CX, Marketing, and Product teams to uncover motivations and opportunities and translate findings into strategic actions.

The role emphasizes actionable, measurable insights aligned with enterprise goals, and collaboration across risk, compliance, and analytics to ensure responsible research practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Applied Anthropology, Human-Centered Design, Behavioral Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Graduate certification in Applied Research Statistics or equivalent quantitative specialization preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and execution of advanced mixed-methods research studies to reveal actionable insights about clients, advisors, and prospects.
• Develop and maintain customer and market segmentation frameworks using behavioral, demographic, attitudinal, and transactional data.
• Partner with Marketing, UX, CX, and Analytics to translate insights into design strategies and personalized experiences.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Innovation Portfolio & Strategy to identify high-value opportunities for rapid experimentation.
• Design surveys and usability studies; analyze results with R, SPSS, SAS, or Excel.
• Build dashboards and reports communicating findings to executives; quantify ROI of research and design improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment with quantitative models; mentor peers on advanced research design.
