Job summary

Veritext is seeking a Client Scheduling Team Lead (Midwest) to oversee deposition scheduling across multiple platforms and channels. You will ensure every detail is accurate, coordinate in-person, remote, and hybrid proceedings, and partner with reporters, locations and services to deliver seamless experiences.

You will mentor the Calendar team, drive operational excellence, and support regional projects while maintaining exceptional client service and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related scheduling or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in scheduling software packages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Own the scheduling process for depositions across Vision, Front, Snap Scheduling, MyVeritext and other channels.
• Coordinate proceedings by confirming participation modes (remote, in person, hybrid) and arranging court reporters and related services.
• Provide proactive client support to clients, reporters, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Resolve complex scheduling questions and review case connections to ensure successful assignments.
• Drive operational excellence with accurate data entry, timely responses, and high scheduling quality.
• Mentor and support the Calendar team through training, check-ins, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Calendar leadership on workflows and regional/national projects.
