Job summary

Veritext, the global leader in court reporting and litigation support, seeks a Client Services Representative (Texas-Central) to partner with attorneys and legal teams after deposition. You will manage transcript delivery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client expectations are exceeded.

You’ll build strong relationships with reporters, agencies, videographers and other vendors, respond promptly to requests, track deadlines, and communicate updates to ensure timely, accurate service.

• Proactively track deadlines and communicate potential delays to stakeholders.
• Update partners on order changes to ensure timely, accurate service.
