Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests via email or phone queue in a timely manner.
• Resolve issues or escalate; collaborate to ensure prompt resolution.
• Proactively track assignment deadlines and communicate delays to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, and other vendors.
• Communicate updates or changes to orders promptly and accurately.
