Veritext in Glendale, CA is seeking a Client Scheduling Representative to schedule depositions, virtual or in-person, and to be the first point of contact for attorneys and legal professionals. You will gather case details, understand client preferences, manage deadlines, and coordinate with reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, and other vendors to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Respond to client requests via email and phone in a timely manner.
• Resolve issues and escalate as needed with other departments.
• Proactively track deadlines and communicate delays to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters and other vendors.
• Communicate updates or changes to orders promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities
