Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-facing, sales, or service role.
• Strong typing, written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities without things falling through the cracks.
• Self-directed, comfortable making judgment calls and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM — respond promptly and professionally.
• Develop clear, accurate scopes of work and quotes in collaboration with the internal team.
• Follow up consistently to move opportunities toward close.
• Maintain organized records of leads, quotes and client communication.
