Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Premier client accounts and collaborate with the West Coast sales team. The role focuses on translating client learnings into targeted materials and ensuring campaign performance.

You will prepare proposals, assist with Salesforce reporting, and participate in trainings while continually expanding product knowledge and industry awareness.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience working in social, digital, online or advertising environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal teams.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Create standard and custom proposal collateral leveraging reporting.
• Understand client needs and goals to ensure optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction.
• Understand client asks, keys to win, and parameters that set up the proposal for success using client learnings.
• Assist on all operational needs, including Salesforce related reporting and client requests.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and utilize dashboard reporting.
• Continually learn about new products and leverage knowledge on pre-sale needs.
• Assist Operations Team with influencer selection.
• Participate in weekly meetings, sales and product trainings, and 1:1s.
• Proactively learn agency structure and industry.
