Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead who can guide individuals through their journey and educate them about options. You will lead by example, foster trust, and maintain high standards of service for clients and the team.

You’ll develop relationships, coach staff, and ensure progress while thriving in a mission-driven environment. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and empathy in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles).
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus.
