Serenity Mental Health Centers in Arlington, TX is seeking a Client Sales Lead to translate excellent customer service into guiding individuals on their personal well-being journeys.

You will build supportive relationships, educate clients on options, address concerns with empathy, and model outstanding service for your team in a mission-driven environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles).
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus.
