Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead to guide individuals through their options and support them throughout their journey. You will foster a culture of trust and exceptional service within your team, demonstrating leadership in a mission-driven environment.

You will lead by example, build strong relationships, educate clients on next steps, and adapt to support the team in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of sales experience
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (leadership roles preferred)
• Leadership experience or ability to guide and motivate others
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles is a plus
