Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead to translate compassionate service into guiding others along their personal journeys. You’ll build relationships with individuals starting their journeys, educate them about options, and model trusted, client-centered leadership for your team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (leadership preferred).
• Leadership experience or ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles is a plus (hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, tutoring).
