Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead to guide individuals through their wellness journey, offering clear options and compassionate support. You’ll model outstanding service, lead by example, and foster a culture of trust within a dynamic team.

In this mission-driven role, you’ll use your sales and customer service experience to educate clients, address questions with empathy, and help them take meaningful next steps on their path to well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles).
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus.
