Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Client Sales Lead to guide customers through next steps on their personal journeys. You will lead by example, deliver compassionate service, and foster a culture of trust within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience, ideally in leadership roles.
• Leadership ability or a natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus.
