Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360's Reentry and Recovery Housing program, operated by North County Serenity House, seeks a Client Safety Navigator to maintain a safe environment and support individuals re-entering the community. The role involves monitoring, crisis response, and collaboration with law enforcement and service providers to uphold security standards.

Responsibilities include logging, assisting clients returning from appointments, carrying Narcan when needed, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Two years of job-related experience working with the criminal justice population or community behavioral health system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and orderly environment for clients, staff, and visitors in compliance with agency standards.
• Monitor security cameras, participate in security meetings, and coordinate with service providers and staff.
• Manage client and visitor logs, assist with sign-in, credentials, and escort visitors to the supervisor on duty.
• Carry Narcan, recognize overdose signs, de-escalate tense situations, and respond to crises.
• Ensure HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance in all documentation and reporting.
