Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 seeks an Overnight Safety Navigator to maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff, coordinating with local law enforcement and program leadership as needed. The role emphasizes crisis de-escalation, Narcan administration when necessary, and stringent adherence to HIPAA and funding requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Two years of job-related experience with criminal justice population or community behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and a secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor security, attend meetings, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Handle client and visitor logs, sign-in, and escort to supervisors.
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations, including overdose scenarios, using Narcan when indicated.
• Complete HIPAA and funding-compliance documentation and participate in trainings.
