Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking an Overnight Client Safety Navigator to maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff. The role requires collaboration with leadership, law enforcement, and other teams to respond to emergencies and ensure continuity of care in a 200-bed program.

Responsibilities include monitoring security, assisting with crisis intervention, documentation in compliance with HIPAA and program requirements, and coordinating transport during emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid California Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and order for clients, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor security cameras and coordinate with staff and service providers.
• Clear areas of crowds and hazards to ensure safety.
• De-escalate tense situations and maintain professional demeanor.
• File incident reports with law enforcement as needed.
• Transport clients during emergencies, if applicable.

Education
