Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 operates Prototypes Women’s Center in Pomona, a 180-bed residential facility for women. The Client Safety Navigator role fosters a safe, respectful environment and coordinates with leadership, law enforcement, and other teams to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities include maintaining security, managing client and visitor flow, de-escalation, Narcan administration when needed, and accurate incident documentation in HIPAA-compliant systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and maintain a safe and orderly environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor security systems, attend meetings, and collaborate with service providers.
• Provide direction and de-escalation during high-pressure situations.
• Manage client and visitor sign-in, logs, and escort procedures.
• Document incidents and client progress notes in HIPAA-compliant systems.
