Job summary

Loopback Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic SaaS Healthcare Software Implementation Lead to oversee the successful deployment of our cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions. • Understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI, HIPAA).
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based deployment.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet and agile/waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and analytics in healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for our SaaS healthcare software solutions, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing clear communication and proactive updates throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, data requirements, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, data integration, and support, to resolve issues and deliver seamless implementations.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Continuously evaluate and improve implementation methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee the transition of clients to support and account management teams after successful implementations.

Duties to Include

• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end implementation projects for our SaaS healthcare software solutions, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Client Engagemen t: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing clear communication and proactive updates throughout the implementation process.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, data requirements, and technical specifications.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, data integration, and support, to resolve issues and deliver seamless implementations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve implementation methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Post-Implementation Transition: Oversee the transition of clients to support and account management teams after successful implementations.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EDI, HIPAA).
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions, including hands-on configuration and deployment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with data migration, integration, and analytics platforms in healthcare environments.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.
• Proven organizational abilities to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering client-centric solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing healthcare SaaS solutions, such as EHR, practice management, or data analytics platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise healthcare clients, including hospitals, payers, or life sciences organizations.
