Job summary

ASP-RCM Solutions seeks a Director of Client Services to own client retention across the US, account by account, addressing issues at the root cause and coordinating with our global delivery team. You will be the client’s main contact and ASP-RCM’s representative in client meetings, while also helping operations fix workflows and clear backlogs.

In this role you will oversee transaction-level performance, onboarding, escalations, and growth within the client base, collaborating with executives

Qualifications

• RCM metric mastery is mandatory: net collection rate, gross collection rate, days in AR, AR over 90 days, denial rate, first-pass resolution rate, clean claim rate, cost to collect, charge lag and DNFB.
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience with direct ownership of client accounts.
• Read an AR aging, a denial report and a remittance and say what needs to change.
• A team player who can supervise the work and also do it, comfortable with a global delivery team across time zones.
