IntePros is seeking a highly professional Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service through proactive relationship management, effective communication, and timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns.

The 12-month contract role is onsite in New York, NY, with 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remote. The ideal candidate excels in communication, problem-solving, and maintaining

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing, customer service, account management, or relationship management role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional while managing high-pressure, time-sensitive, or challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary client-facing contact, providing responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support across a variety of client interactions.
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Translate complex information into clear, concise, and client-friendly communications tailored to a variety of audiences.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain positive client relationships through proactive outreach, consistent communication, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Research, assess, and resolve client issues by exercising sound judgment, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Handle escalated or sensitive client situations with professionalism, composure, and a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather information, coordinate responses, and ensure seamless client support.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting established service standards.
  • Monitor client concerns and identify opportunities to improve client experience, communication processes, and service delivery.
  • Uphold the organization's commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and client satisfaction in every interaction.
