What You'll Do:

  • Connect with Clients: Respond to inbound leads, conduct virtual consultations (phone and video), and build rapport with families seeking life insurance solutions.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Analyze client needs and present tailored solutions (IUL, annuities, life insurance) that provide financial security.
  • Close Sales & Build Relationships: Effectively present solutions, close sales, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Leadership Development (Optional): For those interested in agency building, we offer a clear path with mentorship, team building, and advanced training to help you develop your leadership skills.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and drive for success.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and platforms.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Active Life Insurance License (in your state of residence) or the ability to obtain one quickly.
  • 1099 independent contractor role with unlimited earning potential.
