Location: FULLY REMOTE

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + bonus & other benefits

We’re a rapidly growing promotional products company seeking an experienced Sales Representative who thrives on building strong client relationships, expanding accounts, and delivering exceptional service. If you understand the value of branded merchandise and have a successful track record in promotional product sales, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and grow an INBOUND book of business by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing new client relationships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them create strategic promotional campaigns that align with their brand goals
  • Deepen relationships through consistent communication, reliability, and creative problem-solving
  • Identify ways to penetrate client organizations more deeply by offering full-service solutions and program-based approaches
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery to delivery—with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with our support and production teams to ensure timely, high-quality fulfillment

Who You Are:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in promotional products sales (PPAI, ASI, or SAGE background preferred)
  • You’re skilled at consultative selling and uncovering new needs within existing relationships
  • You bring strong communication and project management skills to every interaction
  • You understand the branding and marketing value of promotional merchandise
  • You’re proactive, organized, and motivated by long-term relationship growth—not just quick wins
  • You thrive in a growing company where initiative and professionalism are valued
