Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
• 1–3 years in financial services with emphasis on customer experience
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven, compliance-focused environment
• Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets/products
• Strong social skills and ability to deliver highly personalized service
• Creative thinking and decision-making with team support
• Having a CFP or degree is helpful; tuition reimbursement available to obtain one
• Ability to facilitate targeted appointments driving client engagement
• Client-focused mindset with strong financial planning insight
• Advocacy for clients and professional, polished communication
• Demonstrate coachability, collaboration and curiosity
