Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and state registrations or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
• 1-3 years in financial services with emphasis on customer experience.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, compliant environment.
• Degree and/or certifications are helpful; Tuition Reimbursement can help obtain CFP or degree.
• Ability to set targeted appointments that drive client engagement.
• Client-focused mindset with strong financial planning insight.

Responsibilities

• Support branch team by strengthening client relationships and keeping Financial Consultants organized.
• Ensure daily activities align with client needs and Fidelity's relationship strategy.
• Build a book of business and identify opportunities to add value to client relationships.
• Contribute to mentoring and collaboration within Relationship Manager team company-wide.
