Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide highly personalized service.
Creative thinker with decision-making ability in a team setting.
Professional mindset; CFP or degree helpful, with tuition reimbursement potential.
Ability to arrange targeted appointments driving client engagement.
Client-focused with strong financial planning insight.
