Qualifications

• FINRA licenses (Series 7 & 66) or ability to acquire upon hire
• 1–3 years in financial services with an emphasis on customer experience
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and compliant environment
• Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
• Strong social skills and ability to deliver highly personalized service
• Comfort making decisions with team support
• Professional with coachable attitude and curiosity
