Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
• 1-3 years in financial services focusing on customer experience.
• Ability to navigate a dynamic, deadline-driven, compliance environment.
• Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Strong interpersonal skills with highly personalized client service.
• Ability to think creatively and make decisions with team support.
• CFP or similar certification helpful; tuition reimbursement available to help you obtain one.
• Ability to facilitate targeted appointments that drive client engagement.
• Client-focused mindset with solid financial planning insight.
• Advocate for clients with professional communication and coachable, collaborative approach.
