Job summary

Frontier Bank of Texas seeks a Relationship Coordinator (Loan Processor) to serve as the front-line service banker, preparing and booking loans and managing daily branch operations. You will help grow and retain customer relationships while supporting portfolio managers and the senior lending team.

The role emphasizes on excellent customer service, collaboration, and adherence to regulatory requirements within a community bank environment.

Qualifications

• High school or GED level coursework or equivalent related experience.
• Three years of related banking experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• College level coursework in finance, business management, and/or accounting, or equivalent training, is preferred.
• Successful individuals will obtain and deepen relationships with our internal and external customers, future customers, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and book loans for Frontier Bank customers and prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing customers and prospective clients.
• Assist portfolio managers with onboarding new customers and referrals to senior lending team.
• Gather documentation with attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and other parties for loan files.
• Support marketing efforts to promote Frontier Bank of Texas brand.
