Job summary

Frontier Bank of Texas seeks a Relationship Coordinator (Loan Processor) to act as the front-line service banker for prospects and customers, preparing and booking loans and supporting branch operations. The role partners with portfolio managers, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and the senior lending team to gather documentation and advance loan opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Three years banking experience or related training.
• College coursework in finance, business management, or accounting.
• Familiarity with lending platforms and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line service banker to prospects and customers seeking to start or grow a relationship with Frontier Bank.
• Assist portfolio managers with onboarding new customers and loan processing tasks.
• Take consumer loan applications and refer opportunities to senior lending team when applicable.
• Gather documentation with attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and other entities for loan files.
• Prepare HMDA records and manage loan payments, draws, and file maintenance.
