Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Client Relationship Leader to grow the CAAS practice. You will expand existing client relationships and develop new ones, collaborating with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive service offerings.

The role emphasizes business development, strategic account management, and effective project oversight to meet client needs. CPA is preferred but not required; 10+ years of public accounting experience is expected,

Qualifications

• Ten years of work experience including Big Four Audit Manager or other public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Client services delivery orientation and relationship-building experience.
• Ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and build your network to develop new relationships in the community.
• Collaborate with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive business and service offerings.
• Recognize opportunities, problem solve and close business at targeted accounts.
• Implement a sales strategy for new account prospects and attend local/regional networking events representing CLA.
• Efficiently project manage ongoing engagements to meet client needs and maintain CRM activity.
