Job summary

Brobston Group in Florida is seeking a Client Relationship Lead to develop and support store-level strategies that strengthen client relationships and drive growth across targeted segments. The role partners with store leadership and Brand Experience teams to improve client engagement.

You will build relationships with clients across store and market segments, monitor KPIs, and coordinate in-store experiences and events, using the Connect app to uncover Private Client relations opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience; luxury retail fashion experience preferred.
• A four-year degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

• Develop and execute tactics and initiatives with store leadership and Brand Experience.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience; luxury retail fashion experience is preferred.
• A four-year degree is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a results-driven, collaborative approach.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
