• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, asking questions and learning about their financial needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Demonstrates and educates clients on deposit and loan products and services; recommends solutions based on goals.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Leverages resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with accuracy.
