Job summary

First Financial Bank is hiring a Consumer Banker in Kentucky to build relationships with existing clients and prospect new ones. You will open and maintain accounts, perform teller duties when needed, and engage clients through proactive conversations and follow-ups.

Collaborating with Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banking, and Treasury Management, you will promote bank products, meet service goals, and uphold regulatory and risk controls in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of client service experience in a retail environment.
• 2-3 years of sales and service experience with achievement of sales and service goals in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain customer accounts and perform necessary maintenance.
• Operate Teller drawer as needed by management and support client engagement.
• Engage clients through active calling, conversations, and follow-up to deepen relationships.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banking, Commercial, and Treasury teams as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
