Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker to deepen client relationships with existing FF B clients and prospect for new ones. You will open accounts, run teller duties as needed, and refer clients to Mortgage, Wealth, SBA Banking, and Treasury Management teams.

Daily responsibilities include client conversations, follow-ups, meeting sales/service goals, and providing digital support for online banking. High school diploma required; notary optional.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• May obtain notary authorization.
• Possesses a strong level of bank product knowledge and solid sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Support client engagement through active calling and follow-up.
• Sell and refer banking products and services to meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and risk management standards.
• Provide digital assistance and service for online banking.
