The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties as needed and referrals to internal experts for more complex financial goals.

The ideal candidate will excel in consultative conversations, support branch sales targets, and maintain strict adherence to controls and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work weekends or extended hours when needed.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliance within 30 days of employment with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides industry leading client service in person and on the phone while developing client relationships.
• Offers financial solutions and refers to other partners for growth opportunities.
• Cross trains to perform teller duties as needed.
• Contributes to meeting branch sales targets through consultative conversations.
