Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or business-related Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions

Responsibilities

• Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking or ATM)
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs and future goals
• Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to laws and regulations
• Grow knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to enhance the client experience
• Ensure effective cash handling and risk management
