Bank of America seeks a client-focused professional to engage customers in the lobby, educate them on self-service options, and process cash transactions accurately. You will build relationships to understand financial goals and connect clients to appropriate solutions while complying with laws and internal policies.

The role supports an in-office culture with set shifts and a 40-hour work week, offering benefits and opportunities for growth within the bank’s network.

Formación

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in financial services or sales a plus.
• One year of salary-plus incentive sales experience helpful.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor's or business-related associate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently for clients as needed.
• Have in-depth conversations to understand financial goals and connect clients to suitable solutions.
• Follow processes and comply with applicable laws and bank guidelines.
• Grow knowledge by collaborating with experts in small business, lending and investments.
• Manage center traffic, appointments and outbound calls while delivering a strong client experience.
