Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Strong client-experience creation and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete training.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses required.
• Must work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service.
• Proactively meet with clients in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Explain products and services to meet clients' financial needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
