Bank of America is seeking a Frontline Banking Associate in the United States, with emphasis on educating clients and assisting with transactions through self-service channels such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The role requires accurately handling cash, deep client conversations about financial goals, and connecting clients to suitable solutions.

You will build relationships, follow established processes, and support operational excellence across busy financial centers.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions
• One year of sales experience in salary-plus incentive environment with individual goals
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
